Make 2-3 deep slashes in each drumstick to help the marinade penetrate and ensure even cooking. Marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best) in a mixture of yogurt, Verstegen Chicken Seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, and a splash of olive oil. For oven-baked: arrange on a wire rack over a baking tray and bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy. For BBQ: grill over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, turning frequently and basting with your favourite BBQ sauce in the last 10 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 75°C. Serve with chips and coleslaw for a perfect family meal.
