Cooking Instructions

For pan-fried sausages with Asian-inspired stir-fry: heat a drizzle of sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook the sausages for 12-14 minutes, turning regularly until golden all over and cooked through. While they cook, prepare a quick stir-fry: julienne carrots, mangetout, baby corn, and red pepper. Stir-fry in a hot wok with garlic, fresh ginger, soy sauce, and a splash of rice wine. Serve the sausages on a bed of steamed jasmine rice with the stir-fried vegetables alongside. For a noodle bowl: slice cooked sausages on the diagonal and toss through egg noodles with pak choi, spring onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and a drizzle of sriracha. Top with toasted sesame seeds. Also excellent grilled on the barbecue and served in a bao bun with pickled cucumber and hoisin sauce.
