Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C. Place the chicken mignons in a roasting tray, drizzle with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 35-40 minutes until the bacon is golden and crispy and the chicken is cooked through - the internal temperature should reach 75°C. For extra crispy bacon, turn the grill on for the last 3-4 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Delicious served with roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or creamy mashed potatoes. A squeeze of lemon just before serving brings everything together.
