Cooking Instructions

For chicken meatballs: mix the mince with breadcrumbs, a beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Brown in olive oil, then simmer in your favourite tomato sauce for 20 minutes. For chicken burgers: mix with finely diced onion, garlic, fresh herbs, and a tablespoon of Dijon mustard. Form into patties and grill or pan-fry for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. For a quick stir-fry: brown the mince with garlic and ginger, add soy sauce, vegetables, and serve over rice or noodles.
