Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the roulettes in an oiled roasting dish seam-side down. Brush with olive oil or melted butter and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, basting halfway with the pan juices. The internal temperature should reach 75°C. Let rest for 5-8 minutes before removing the string and slicing into rounds to reveal the spiral of stuffing inside. Serve with gravy made from the pan drippings, roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
