Pat the wings completely dry with kitchen paper - this is the secret to crispy wings. Toss with a little baking powder, salt, and Verstegen Chicken Seasoning. Spread in a single layer on a wire rack over a baking tray. Bake at 220°C for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until deeply golden and crispy. For buffalo wings: toss the baked wings in a mixture of melted butter and hot sauce. For sticky Asian-style: toss in a glaze of soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. For classic BBQ: toss in your favourite BBQ sauce. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese or ranch dip.
