For BBQ or grill: Preheat to medium-high heat. Grill skin-side down for 6-7 minutes, then flip and cook a further 8-10 minutes until cooked through. For oven: Preheat to 200°C, place skin-side up in a roasting tray and roast for 35-40 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden. Internal temperature should reach 75°C.
