For BBQ or grill: Preheat to medium-high heat and grill for 20-25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes until golden and cooked through. For oven: Preheat to 210°C, place on a wire rack over a baking tray and bake for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden. The internal temperature should reach 75°C. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
