Remove from the fridge 15-20 minutes before cooking. For BBQ or grill: Preheat to high heat and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium. Rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. For pan: Sear in a very hot pan with a drizzle of oil for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with roasted vegetables, couscous, or a fresh mint yoghurt sauce.
