For BBQ or grill: Preheat to medium heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side, turning regularly to avoid flare-ups, until caramelised and cooked through. For oven: Preheat to 190°C, place on a wire rack over a baking tray and roast for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
