For BBQ or grill: Preheat to medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through — no pink should remain. For pan: Cook in a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side. Internal temperature should reach 75°C. Serve in a toasted brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and your favourite sauce.
