Cooking Instructions

For roast: Score the skin, rub with salt, rosemary, and garlic. Roast at 160°C for 4-5 hours until tender. Increase to 220°C for crispy crackling. For pulled pork: Rub generously with our Verstegen Pulled Pork spice mix, slow cook at 130°C for 6-8 hours until meat shreds easily with two forks. Serve in brioche buns with coleslaw.
