For perfect BBQ spare ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Coat generously with Verstegen Spare Ribs rub, pressing it into the meat. Let sit for 1 hour or overnight in the fridge. Roast at 135°C for 3-4 hours wrapped in foil. Unwrap, brush with your favorite BBQ sauce, and grill or broil for 10 minutes until caramelized and sticky. The low and slow cooking makes them fall-off-the-bone tender.
