Preheat oven to 190°C. Place the stuffed breasts in a lightly oiled baking dish. Brush the tops with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of dried oregano. Bake for 28-35 minutes until the chicken is golden on top and cooked through - the internal temperature should reach 75°C. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing at an angle to show off the melted cheese and stuffing inside. Serve with a fresh green salad, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, or creamy risotto. A drizzle of balsamic glaze on top adds a beautiful finishing touch.
