Cooking Instructions

Bring to room temperature before cooking. Roast at 180°C for 25-30 minutes per 500g. For crispy crackling, increase to 220°C for the last 20 minutes. Rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables and apple sauce.
