For honey-glazed turkey drumsticks: score the skin with a sharp knife. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Place in a roasting tin and roast at 190°C for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. After 30 minutes, brush the drumsticks generously with the glaze. Continue roasting for another 45-60 minutes, basting with the glaze every 15 minutes, until the skin is deep golden and sticky and the internal temperature reaches 75°C. The meat should be tender and pulling away from the bone. Rest for 10 minutes. These are brilliant for a casual family dinner or BBQ-style meal.
