For turkey meatballs in tomato sauce: mix the mince with breadcrumbs, a beaten egg, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Brown in olive oil until golden on all sides. Make a sauce by sauteing onions and garlic, adding crushed tomatoes, a pinch of sugar, dried oregano, and fresh basil. Nestle the meatballs into the sauce and simmer for 25 minutes until cooked through. Serve over spaghetti with extra Parmesan.
